1000-LB. SISTERS star Tammy Slaton has often "taken care" of her sister Amy’s two kids, Gage, three, and Glenn, one, after her divorce from her ex-husband Michael Halterman.

The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal Tammy, 37, has been helping out raising Amy's kids after her on-camera meltdown in the Season Four Part B trailer.

An insider close to the 1000-Lb. Sisters star said: "She has been taking care of [Gage and Glenn] a lot.

"[Tammy] says it really gives her a great purpose."

The source continued: "She got to babysit her nephews though overnight by herself, which was huge for her."

In the Season 4 Part B trailer released by TLC promoting the show, Amy broke down in tears over raising her two boys as a single parent.

Her ex-husband Michael Halterman, 41, filed for dissolution of marriage with children in March and they finalized the divorce quietly in September.

In the TLC trailer, Amy claimed she was not getting any support.

At the time the scene was filmed, she was still married and was caught on camera breaking down into tears.

She said: "I am very overwhelmed and stressed out and Michael ain't doing s**t."

Amy continued: "Every aspect of my life is chaos. I feel like I have no support."

TAMMY'S TROUBLES

Although Tammy is stepping up to help out her younger sister, she has been in some trouble herself.

The U.S. Sun previously reported Tammy was forced to move out of her Kentucky home and has moved in with her brother Chris Combs, 43.

According to an insider, Tammy's sister Amanda Halterman, 42, owned the modest property - and after one too many fights, the TLC star moved out of the rental.

The source told The U.S. Sun: "[Tammy] had to move in with her brother Chris because she lost her house.

"She was renting it from her sister, Amanda... and they just do not get along at all."

Tammy's pal claimed: "They fight worse than cats and dogs."

Several insiders have told The U.S. Sun that Tammy and Amanda have had multiple intense arguments over recent months, including at her late husband Caleb Willingham's funeral.

Chris' home is about 38 miles away from Tammy's old home in Sturgis, Kentucky.

He lives in a modest $60,000, one-story house, and Tammy reportedly moved in sometime in November.

According to the insider, Tammy has eyes on a nearby property she's planning to move into later this winter.

FAMILY DRAMA

The U.S. Sun previously reported that a show insider claimed siblings Tammy, Amanda, Chris, and Amy had a huge fight while filming 1000-Lb. Sisters in Florida.

"The film crew was present, but they felt uncomfortable working with them because of the way they were behaving," the source shared.

Tammy's friend claimed the argument turned physical, and the family "really got into it."

Cameras reportedly took an extended break from filming the season to let the cast cool down from the heated brawl.

Despite the hiatus, production on the TLC show picked back up, and Season 4 Part B is premiering on Tuesday.

In the first half of season four, fans saw Tammy finally get the weight loss surgery that she's been fighting for since season one.

At the Part A finale, she left her Ohio weight-loss facility to head back home to Kentucky.
